Terms and conditions

1. After confirmation and receipt of 10%, the design process will begin.

2. 50% of the amount must be paid at the initial stage before production or site work starts.

3. The remaining 30% can be paid upon completion of the installation.

4. The final 10% must be paid after the project handover.

5. Electrical charges may vary based on vendor pricing and will be collected after installation.

6. The quote is valid for 15 days from the date of the quotation.

7. Any changes or modifications to the design after confirmation may result in additional charges and potential delays in project completion.

8. Delays in payment may result in delays in the project timeline, and interest may be charged on overdue payments.

9. In the event of cancellation after the design process has started, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost will be applicable.

10. Warranty for materials and workmanship is subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturers and suppliers.

11. Site readiness, including access to the work area, electrical provisions, and clean space, is the client’s responsibility. Any delays caused by site readiness issues may affect project deadlines.

12. Any additional work or customization requested during the project that was not part of the original quote will be charged separately.
